How to Join a Tournament – Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Add Your Steam ID or Epic Games Username to Your Profile

1. Log In:
   • Enter your username and password to log into your account.
2. Access Profile Settings:
   • Click on your profile icon or username in the top-right corner.
3. Add Game IDs:
   • Enter your Steam ID for Counter-Strike 2 or your Epic Games username for Fortnite in the respective fields.
   • Save your changes.

Step 2: Find the Tournament You Want to Join

1. Tournament Overview:
   • Navigate to the Tournaments overview page from the main menu.
   • Browse through the list of available tournaments for Fortnite and Counter-Strike 2.
2. Select a Tournament:
   • Click on the tournament you want to join to view more details, such as the date, time, rules, and prizes.

Step 3: Click Join

1. Join the Tournament:
   • On the tournament detail page, click the “Join” button.
   • Confirm your participation and follow any additional instructions.

Step 4: Get the Matchmaking Key

1. View Matchmaking Key:
   • Once you have joined the tournament, you will be able to see the matchmaking key or lobby details in your account dashboard.

For Fortnite:

1. Select ‘Game Mode’:
   • Launch Fortnite and go to the game mode selection screen.
2. Choose ‘Custom Match’:
   • Input the matchmaking key you received.
3. Ready Up:
   • Click “Ready” and join the lobby by the start time of the tournament.

For Counter-Strike 2:

1. Enter Lobby IP Address:
   • Open Counter-Strike 2 and go to the console.
   • Enter the lobby IP address provided.
2. Join the Lobby:
   • Connect to the lobby by the start time of the tournament.

Step 5: Check the Results

1. Return to Tournaments.com:
   • After the tournament, log back into your account on Tournaments.com.
2. View Results:
   • Check the tournament results on your dashboard or the tournament page.
3. Earn Rewards:
   • If you perform well, you will automatically receive your share of the rewards to your account balance!
